About the job

SproutsAi is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead and own our campus recruiting program in APAC. As the GM, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic growth plan to establish SproutsAi as a leader in the university campus recruiting market. You will build and manage a high-performing team, develop strong relationships with universities and colleges, and drive program adoption by our clients in APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the SproutsAi campus recruiting program in APAC, driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for all aspects of the program in APAC, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and placement offices across APAC.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate awareness and interest in the SproutsAi campus recruiting program among potential clients and students.
  • Partner with sales and account management teams to drive program adoption by existing and new clients in APAC.
  • Oversee program implementation and ensure a seamless user experience for both universities/colleges and students.
  • Analyze program performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the program budget and ensure profitability (PnL ownership).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in campus recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success in the education or technology sector.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the education landscape and campus recruiting market.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Very strong communicator.
