If you are a creative, organized, and strategic digital marketer, with a solid foundation running digital advertising campaigns, Enroll Media wants to talk to you. Enroll Media Group, LLC (EMG) is a Massachusetts-based digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofit K-12 schools and education-related organizations achieve enrollment growth via marketing.
The Campaign Coordinator will work closely with the Account Strategists at EMG to ensure our 80+ clients achieve or surpass their digital marketing goals. The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for setting up, managing, and monitoring advertising campaigns within Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and other self-serve platforms while supporting our Account Management team with client-directed initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
Setting up paid advertising campaigns within platforms like Meta, Google, Microsoft, etc. to help our partner schools build their digital enrollment marketing presence in front of niche audiences online
Setting up custom audiences and conversions in Meta, Google, Microsoft, etc.
Setting up conversions and google analytics goals within Google Tag Manager
Conducting quality assurance tests for ad campaigns, including evaluating strategy, creative, landing pages, targeting, and user experience, to ensure they meet client objectives
Conducting keyword research with Google Trends, Search Console and more
Assisting with copywriting and proofing short-form ad copy
Assembling reports and presentations for clients representing their digital marketing efforts
Creating and updating Google Analytics dashboards
Assisting with SEO & inbound marketing efforts as needed
Participating in virtual and/or in-person client meetings as needed
Keeping track of client marketing initiatives and industry trends
Other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
We want a self-motivated individual who is organized, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves for any number of tasks to ensure campaigns run successfully. Experience in a marketing agency or start-up environment is a plus. Enroll Media Group, LLC is a small agency with 7 employees and 80+ clients nationwide (and growing), making the Campaign Coordinator role a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketing professional looking to expand their skills within a forward-thinking agency setting. Must be a team player with a can-do, positive attitude. Other requirements include:
At least 3 years working in a professional setting
Remote and/or Hybrid work environment experience
Experience managing ads within digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, Microsoft, etc.)
Organized, self-starter who works well independently
Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills
Excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio experience is a must
Experience with social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn
Experience with search engine marketing campaigns (SEO, SMM, PPC) is a plus
Familiarity with landing page tools (HubSpot, WordPress, or Unbounce)
Advertising agency experience a plus
Familiarity with independent schools or higher education administration is a major plus since that is our client base
Willingness to travel to the Worcester office, client locations, or conferences on occasion
This is a full-time role that includes a salary commensurate with experience, paid time off, and the ability to work remotely or in Enroll Media’s Worcester, MA office as needed. Office Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:00 pm with the ability to flex time as needed. Holidays and generous paid time off, including your birthday, are provided. Must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa sponsorship. Applicants would ideally be located in the New England area, but exceptions will be made for right-fit candidates.
