Tandem Workforce - Senior Revenue Marketing Manager (Enterprise Sales)

Tandem is on a mission to reimagine the employer-employee relationship. We’re making employer-sponsored training accessible to any employer with the imperative to grow.

As the Senior Revenue Marketing Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our small, high-velocity team. We’re looking for someone ready for a player/leader role, with the hunger and drive to build their own function while doing the work to execute.

This is a great role for someone who has spent time in enterprise sales, and has a passion for enablement, content creation, and laser-targeted messaging that lands with specific segments and prospects.

This role will be responsible for spearheading and executing our ABM strategy, and partnering closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to rapidly mature our marketing and GTM efforts. Your primary focus will be on driving net new pipeline creation, accelerating deal velocity, and your north star metric will be revenue growth. How you do that is what you get to build.

Responsibilities:

Strategic ABM Leadership:

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive ABM strategy aimed at generating net new pipeline and accelerating deals for late-stage prospects.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of impactful ABM initiatives aligned with business objectives and revenue targets, in line with our trajectory of high growth.

ABM Program Development (1:1 and 1:Few)

  • Direct the execution of personalized 1:1 ABM strategies tailored to individual accounts, delivering bespoke experiences and driving deal acceleration.
  • Manage 1:Few ABM campaigns targeting clusters of accounts, optimizing messaging and content to maximize impact on pipeline creation and deal acceleration.

Campaign Innovation and Execution:

  • Drive the creation and implementation of innovative ABM campaigns, leveraging advanced personalization techniques and omni-channel tactics. Lead the systematic experimentation of new ABM tactics, channels, and messaging
  • Oversee the development of compelling messaging and content assets tailored to specific industries and personas, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Own our evolving messaging at both the highly personalized and the product and company level, continuing to evolve and refine our website and sales materials with maniacal focus based on market feedback.

Integrated Field Events Development and Execution:

  • Conceptualize and integrate impactful field events into our ABM program, designed to deepen relationships with target accounts and accelerate pipeline.
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with ABM objectives and customer experience standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster strong alignment and collaboration with sales and product leadership to ensure a unified approach to account targeting, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Act as an advocate and voice for our marketing efforts and customer needs in conversations with CEO and COO.

Continuous Innovation and Optimization:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data analytics and market insights to refine ABM strategies, tactics, and processes.
Champion experimentation and innovation, testing new approaches and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

What We're Looking For:
We're actively seeking a proactive, results-driven Senior Revenue Marketing Manager with a passion for driving collaboration and alignment across go-to-market teams through the leverage of ABM strategies, tactics, data, and tools. You should have the following:

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B revenue marketing or enterprise sales (with a focus in sales enablement), with a proven track record of leading successful ABM programs.
  • Proven track record of leading successful ABM programs that deliver measurable revenue impact, including net new pipeline creation and deal acceleration for late-stage prospects.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, with a knack for creative but clear messaging. Design skills a bonus but not necessary.
  • Expertise in ABM strategy execution, especially in scaling targeted initiatives.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and experience in building and running segmented campaigns.
  • Knowledge of and openness to using AI tools for personalization, such as ToFU, Valley, Mutiny, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and metrics.
  • Mastery in organizing and executing high-impact field events that align with ABM objectives, driving engagement, creating pipeline, and accelerating pipeline for targeted accounts.
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common revenue objectives in a high-growth environment.

Within One Month:

  • Integrate into Tandem Workforce's culture, understanding our products and unique market positioning.
  • Establish foundational relationships within sales and product teams for ABM collaboration.
  • Begin assessing and optimizing existing ABM strategies and tools.
  • Develop ongoing cadence for improving and iterating on current messaging and strategy with sales input.

Within Three Months:

  • Launch and manage targeted ABM campaigns, refining our approach based on initial feedback and insights.
  • Collaborate on account and segment-specific content and messaging, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Initiate ABM-focused executive events, working closely with revenue leaders and cross-functional executive teams.
  • Within Six Months:
  • Demonstrate measurable impact in ABM campaigns, with clear metrics proving growth on pipeline and revenue.
  • Further refine and expand ABM strategies, incorporating broader personalized engagement tactics.
  • Within Twelve Months:
  • Drive significant revenue growth in North America through strategic ABM initiatives.
  • Contribute to the innovation and evolution of our ABM approach, ensuring Tandem Workforce remains a leader in the industry.
