Job Title: Tele Calling Executive

*Job Summary: *Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective leads in order to make the leads attend the webinar meetings.

Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

**Job Types: Full-time

**Schedule: Morning shift

**Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Main Responsibilities:

• Contacting respective leads and making them aware of the webinar conducted by the company.
• Contacting existing leads as well as prospective leads using scripts.
• Following up with the leads and ensuring their attendance in the webinar.
• Asking questions to the leads and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the webinar.
• Making records of all the phone calls.
• Maintaining the database of the leads on a regular basis.

Qualification and Skills:

Languages – English & Kannada (Mandatory) + Telugu/Tamil/Hindi (Total Any 3)
Fresher (Any qualification)
Age – 20-30
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
