Live Commerce Senior Executive (D2C, Affiliate)

What You’ll Do

• Implement live commerce strategies to engage customers, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.
• Execute live commerce events, including product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to host engaging live commerce experiences.
• Manage the technical aspects of live commerce platforms and tools, ensuring smooth operation and optimal user experience.
• Analyze live commerce performance metrics, gather feedback, and optimize strategies to improve results.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live commerce, integrating new ideas and innovations into our live commerce initiatives.
• Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage project scope, timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables.
• Work with other internal departments, such as social media/creative department/media, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Making reports to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement
• Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines

Who You Are

• A recognized university degree
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Account Executive role in a digital marketing agency, or affiliate marketing relevant experience
• Experience in Influencer Marketing Affiliate
• Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
• Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
• Excellent communication skills
