Creator Engagement Intern, Creator Growth

What You Will Do

• Research the market and invite the potential YouTubers/creators to join the network together with your manager
• Maintain the relationship and contribute to the growth of YouTubers/Creators together with your manager
• Promote the multi-channel network brand in the industry and create an inviting environment for new YouTubers/creators together with your manager
• Work closely with your line manager on acquiring the creators, analyzing market, and cooperation creating the strategy for business growth
• Supporting other teams as needed

Who You Are

• A recognized university degree.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
• Ability to identify and facilitate the growth of potential YouTubers / creators
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
• Good in communicating with YouTubers/creators directly to invite YouTubers/creators to join the network and maintain good relationships
• Extroverted, sales-like experience or interest
• Great at communication and convincing either in Vietnamese or English
• Good presentation skills
• Growth-mindset. Hungry to achieve together and accomplish something great.
• Creative problem solving; knows how to negotiate or respond to questions despite the unknown.
