Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap for AI-driven features that meet the needs of mentors, mentees, and enterprise clients.
• Research trends in AI and mentorship to identify innovative opportunities to enhance the platform.

Customer-Centric Development:

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform data-driven product decisions.
• Partner with the Growth Hacker team to gather insights from key audiences—enterprise clients, mentors, platform users, and investors.

AI-Powered Solutions:

• Work with engineers to design and prioritize AI features that drive engagement and scale mentorship experiences, such as personalized mentor-mentee matching and progress tracking.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of algorithms to ensure a seamless user experience.

Metrics and Impact:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI-driven features.
• Continuously iterate on solutions based on user feedback and performance data.
