A Brief Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst utilizes knowledge of finance, accounting and insurance strategies to provide
business and financial advice to TriNet's management team through various analysis functions. The position is
responsible for preparing financial analyses (including budgets and forecasts) for Insurance Services, Financial
Planning & Analysis and Accounting and serves as liaison to assist with financial needs. The position provides
regular support to other Finance-related functions, such as the month-end close process.

What you will do
Support FIRM team in various projects related to revenue leakage and cost optimization
Evaluate data integrity and resolve discrepancies
Prepare data reconciliations evidencing SOX compliance
Maintain vendor relationships to assist with data interpretation and resolution to data integrity issues
Responsible for compiling analysis reports, presentations, and other material to provide a robust analysis
Assist in automation of repetitive data aggregation/manipulation tasks to enable greater focus on valueadd analysis
Cross train on and document processes to foster team resiliency
Support and liaise with management by completing ad hoc analyses and projects for various departments
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related
Experience Qualifications
Typically 5+ years experience in accounting or finance
Typically 2+ years Public Accounting and/or Public company experience preferred
Skills and Abilities
Solid working knowledge of US and India GAAP, , and Sarbanes-Oxley practices and concepts
Working knowledge of Indian tax laws and Indian accounting standards
Strong analytical skills, exceptional organization and time management skills, with ability to work autonomously
Ability to work independently and remotely with a team in a fast-paced and progressive environment with emphasis on policies and process
Demonstrated skills in problem solving, applying analytical principles, documenting, researching issues, resolving problems, proving data analysis, and multi-tasking
Good verbal, written communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
Hands-on experience with US payroll and tax laws
Good work ethic and high degree of accuracy and integrity in work product
Strong desire to continuously learn, continuously improve and pursue open questions to a conclusion
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
Licenses and Certifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
