A Brief Overview
As the Financial Analyst, you will be a crucial member of our Finance Team, responsible for assisting with financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your focus will be on generating financial reports, conducting data analysis, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with financial data will be essential in delivering accurate and reliable financial information to support our organization's growth and financial performance.

What you will do
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and generation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify financial trends, variances, and anomalies, providing insights for management decision-making.
Month-End and Year-End Closing: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting.
Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Budget Analysis: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze budget vs. actual performance, providing variance explanations and recommendations.
Financial Systems: Utilize financial systems and software to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
Report Automation: Work towards automating financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Financial Audits: Assist with financial audits, providing necessary documentation and supporting the audit process.
Data Integrity: Verify the accuracy and integrity of financial data, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Support special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required by the finance team and senior management.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and equivalent experience
Experience Qualifications
Typically 2+ years proven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data and derive meaningful insights.
Proficiency in financial software
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good work ethic and high degree of accuracy and integrity in work product
Strong desire to continuously learn, continuously improve and pursue open questions to a conclusion
Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
Licenses and Certifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
