Agent’.Responsibilities: The Responsibilities of a Telesales Agent is to:
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients.
Explain our online product & services' benefits to potential buyers.
Answer customer questions and address objections.
Persuade customers to make purchases.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Achieve daily calls quota.
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
Follow sales scripts and quality guidelines.
Attend sales training diligently and client meetings as required.
Collaborate with the sales team and report to the Team Leader.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Adhere to company policies, workplace ethics and sales practices.
Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment.
Work dedicatedly to achieve promotion criteria.
