Lead Frontend Software Development Engineer

We are looking for **Frontend SDE and our current tech stack is React with Typescript

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

As a leader of the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the overall design, development, and maintenance of the product:

1. Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
2. Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
3. Designing, building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
4. Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
5. Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews
6. Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards

Requirements:

1. Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering with proven work experience of 4 to 9 years within similar or related field
   
2. Extensive knowledge in ML, NLP and Advanced Analytics
3. Experience with RESTful APIs
   
4. Passion for building enterprise web applications leveraging modern architecture principles,
5. Experience with driving new feature development - from ideation to PoC to testing to scalable production deployments
6. Expertise with CSS and building responsive pages, with a keen eye for UI design and usability
7. Experience with web-accessibility/WCAG standards
   
8. Experience working collaboratively with a globally distributed team
9. Experience with building reusable code and libraries for future use
10. Working on accurately translating user and business needs into functional Frontend code
11. Significant experience in defining JSON requirements and API contract requirements
12. Experience with agile methodologies and good exposure to DevOps/CICD models
13. Excellent understanding of Java, J2EE, Microservices, Monolithic Architecture, Serverless and Cloud technologies
14. Significant experience in creating GML and API contracts independently
15. Proven experience of building a commercial product development environment
    
16. Write design specifications, and subsequently implement and unit test the software
17. Sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, design patterns and architecture principles
18. Good understanding of deployment environments, configuration of applications, change management principles
19. Passion for keeping up with new trends and developments in the programming community and eagerness to keep codebase up-to-date
20. Experience with working in both, start-ups and well-established companies
