Software Engineer

Job Overview:
The HubSpot Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HubSpot solutions to meet our clients' marketing, sales, and service needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a deep understanding of the HubSpot platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HubSpot Development:
   Develop custom modules, templates, and functionalities within the HubSpot CMS.
   Customize and optimize HubSpot workflows, forms, and landing pages.
   Integrate HubSpot with other third-party applications and internal systems.

2. Technical Implementation:
   Implement tracking and analytics tools within HubSpot to measure campaign performance.
   Ensure HubSpot solutions are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
   Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the HubSpot platform.

3. Collaboration:
   Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into functional HubSpot templates.
   Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
   Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.

4. Continuous Improvement:
   Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, trends, and best practices.
   Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement enhancements to existing solutions.
   Conduct regular audits of HubSpot implementations to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM, CMS, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
