Blockchain Engineer (Solana/Rust)

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Engineer with a strong background in Solana and Rust programming to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role will focus on developing and optimizing blockchain protocols, creating robust decentralized applications, and contributing to the expansion of our blockchain infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain smart contracts and blockchain protocols using Rust on the Solana blockchain.
Develop high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
Ensure security and data protection in blockchain solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in blockchain technology and suggest adaptations and new technologies as necessary.
Qualifications:
One to three years experience as a Blockchain Engineer or similar role.
Expertise in Rust programming and experience with the Solana blockchain ecosystem.
Experience with smart contract development and cryptographic protocols.
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, and decentralized technologies.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (such as React or Angular) for dApp integration is desirable.
