Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Lead for our Java Fullstack development team. This role is crucial for driving the design, development, and deployment of our cutting-edge biopharma data analytics products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in fullstack development, particularly with Java and Angular or React and Node.js, and will have substantial experience in microservices and end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications.
• Architect and implement end-to-end solutions for new product features, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to deliver high-quality products.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based architecture to support scalable and modular applications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on fullstack development.
• Expertise in Java, and either Angular or React, as well as Node.js.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and development.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development, from concept to deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the biopharma or healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, and ORM.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
