Working closely with a small, dedicated team, you will create seamless and engaging user experiences that directly impact how brands connect with their audiences and build loyalty through personalized content.

Responsibilities

Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product goals into innovative, technical design solutions.
Implement responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality.
Engage in user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform technical decisions.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Embrace a fast-paced, experimental approach to development; quickly iterate on features based on feedback and changing requirements.
Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, React ecosystem, and frontend technologies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a React Engineer with a strong portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing your technical contributions.
Proficient in JavaScript and ReactJS, with extensive experience in Next.js.
Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
Experience with user interface design, responsive web development, and creating user-friendly web applications.
Solid understanding of web performance optimization and SEO principles.
Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate with other team members, and share knowledge and expertise.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment; able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working in Agile development processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to adapt to rapid changes and iterate quickly based on feedback and new insights.
