Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer specializing in Node.js and Python. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our cutting-edge web applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Development: Design, develop, and deploy backend components using Node.js and Python, ensuring seamless integration with frontend systems.
• API Design & Management: Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs to support frontend teams, third-party integrations, and external clients.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance application performance by writing efficient code and optimizing server environments.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for security, ensuring data integrity, user authentication, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers on the team.
• Technical Documentation: Produce detailed technical documentation to ensure system maintainability and ease of knowledge sharing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and frontend developers to align the backend architecture with business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Node.js and Python in production environments.
• 3-6 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to debug complex issues, and proficiency in unit testing.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

**Preferred:

• Prior experience in leading backend development projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
