Sr. Developer Relations

What you'll be doing

• Get paid to work on open-source projects
• Package and launch new products and features, using appropriate channels to reach the target audience effectively
• Represent Instill AI at conferences, events, and meetups to promote the brand by creating engaging demos and sample apps showcasing the capabilities and potential of our products
• Generate consistent content to keep users informed, educated, and enthusiastic about our products. This includes creating marketing materials such as pitch decks, product guides, email campaigns, case studies, web pages, blog posts, webinars, short-form product videos, and customer testimonials
• Develop and refine our company's messaging and positioning to ensure brand visibility and coherence. Provide insights on the target audience and competitors to guide the company's roadmap
• Collaborate with partners and integrations for co-marketing
• Expected to play a pivotal role in building and evolving the community

Things we'd love to see

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• A compelling and empathetic community builder with exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Experience in building comprehensive demos that showcase product capabilities, preferably with our products integrated with a broad variety of data and AI tooling
• Eagerness to experiment, receive feedback, and continuously learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment, with experience in robust and frequent releases
• Excellent communication and document-writing skills
• Open-source practices/contributions
• Customer and data obsession, taking ownership of the details
• Proactive, self-learning, and self-aware
• Intellectual curiosity, always asking "how can we improve?"
• A strong desire to build world-class products
