Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to elevate the company's online presence and achieve business objectives effectively.
Strategically manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to maximize ROI.
Craft compelling and shareable content for social media channels, fostering brand awareness and fostering meaningful user engagement.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and untapped growth opportunities.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital marketing initiatives, utilizing insights to drive informed decisions.
Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing strategies and overarching business objectives.
Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices, positioning the company as a frontrunner in digital marketing innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record in digital marketing, particularly in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
Strong analytical acumen and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to steer marketing strategies.
