Reports to: Central Student Ministry DirectorHours Commitment: Full-time (40-45 hours/week) with regular weekend responsibilities.
The Student Ministry team exists to increase the effectiveness in introducing more and more students and families to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers. The right candidate will have a passion and desire to be innovative in finding ways to help them grow as followers of Jesus and build relationships with one another both online and in person. You'll Contribute to Life Change by:
- Leading a team of campus staff to develop content that is intentional and developmentally appropriate for each age demographic we serve in student ministry.
- Conceptualize, direct, script, and coordinate weekly videos and special elements that enhance the weekend experience and support key initiatives, including social media.
- Develop an online approach to student ministry that builds connection and community.
- Serve as the creative visionary for teaching series and major initiatives such as camps, contributing to their aesthetic and overall creative direction.
- Keep on top of cultural trends to effectively bridge culture with the gospel, offering insights and guidance to the content, digital, and program teams.

- Confident and capable in leading, development and resourcing adult leaders.
- Strong organizational management skills and can lead with excellence.
- Strong communicator who listens well and inspires others into action.
- Ability to use creative ideas and innovation to create a world class experience.
