PrimeMinds is currently available on the App Store & Google Play Store and has had 300+ annual paid members. We also solidified an exclusive partnership with one of the biggest names in the industry, Bob Proctor, who has a 5M+ following (before his passing). The app is on track to rank in the top 10% for important app related KPI's. 🏆

Our Content Manager & Admin must have years of experience with personal development, manifestation, and self-help; someone who lives & breathes positivity and expanding conciousness. We are looking for an awesome, innovative, and tech-savvy Content Manager, who can strategize, curate, and organize every peice of content that goes on PrimeMinds. 🧠

Types of Content You Will Be Curating:

• "Learn" Audios from the top-thought leaders in the world (like Tony Robbins, Sadghuru, Bob Proctor, Wayne Dyer, and many more) on Youtube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.. (Video feature will be implemented in near future!)
• "Meditation & Visutalization" Audios from well-known leaders (like Brian Scott, Jason Stephenson, Daniel Amen and many more) on Youtube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc..
• Journaling Prompts
• Action Step Prompts
• Short Story Prompts

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Improve and execute PrimeMinds content strategy and roadmap.
• Curating and organizing every peice of high-quality, engaging content that goes on PrimeMinds.
• Strategize the best ways to automate content, personalization/tagging, and implement AI.
• Working closely with our analytics team to determine content direction and quaility.
• Determine the top and most well-known thought-leaders that will be added to PrimeMinds.
• Assist with content organization, features, and experience on the PrimeMinds app.
• Take part in full-team calls and have a say and opinion on overall company direction.
• WFH - Open work schedule and unlimited time off... Just do your work :)

The Qualifications (of a perfect match)

• Desire in building PrimeMinds, having ownership in the company, and being willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get something done.
• Major interest in personal growth, manifestation, law of attraction, new thought movement, self-help; plus follow top thought-leaders like Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins, Wayer Dyer, etc..
• 2+ years of industry experience creating engaging content within the personal development, manifestation, mindfulness or life-coaching industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools.
• Tech-savvy and bonus if you are knowledgable with "AI content tools".

At this moment, compensation will initially be in the form of a vested equity deal, and you will be an essential part of our budget for salary when we raise our next round of investment.
