Manheim kidMinistry Coordinator

Reports to: Manheim kidMinistry DirectorDirect Consultant: Central Director of kidMinistryHours Commitment: Full-time (40-45 hours/week) with regular weekend responsibilities.

The kidMinistry Coordinator exists to lead and support kidMinistry in a way where Life Change happens, One Kid at a Time. The heartbeat of the role involves inviting others to serve by vision casting how lives can be changed while keeping Jesus at the center of all you do. The kidMinistry team exists to increase the effectiveness in introducing more and more kids and families to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers. You'll Contribute to Life Change by:

• Developing new leaders by embodying, utilizing and executing a Lead Small Culture.
• Empowering and releasing kidMinistry leaders, delegating to others to be the church to kids and families.
• Support your LCBC Manheim Team in the development of the local church community.
• Owning and executing all kidMinistry programs, operational systems, processes and guidelines at LCBC Manheim.

Skills Needed to Succeed:

• Confident and capable in leading, developing and resourcing leaders.
• Organizational management skills and ability to lead with excellence.
• Strong communicator who listens well and inspires others into action.
