About Us:
Immer is a cutting-edge tech startup revolutionizing the live events industry. As an early-stage company, we are seeking talented individuals who are eager to contribute their skills and creativity to shape the future of live events.

Your Role:
As our Lead Product Designer, you will be a key member of the product team, responsible for driving the overall user experience and visual design of our platform. With your deep expertise in UX/UI design and user-centric thinking, you will lead a talented team in creating innovative, intuitive solutions that enhance the event experience for our customers.

Equity-Based Compensation:
This is an equity-only position for the first 4 months, during which time we expect a weekly contribution of at least 20-30 hours. After the initial 4-month period, you will be rewarded with 2.5% equity after a one-year cliff, and then vesting quarterly.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design team in crafting exceptional user experiences across our mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into user-focused designs.
• Drive the overall visual identity and brand expression of Immer, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our product offerings.
• Mentor and guide the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and user-centric thinking.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience as a Lead Product Designer or Creative Director in the media and entertainment industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your deep expertise in user experience design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of innovative, user-focused products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Passion for design, technology, and the live events industry.
• Skilled in mobile and web development with experience working on scalable, enterprise-level projects.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of designers.
