As a Senior Product Designer at Reposite, you will be on the product development team and partner with engineering, marketing, sales and the executive team for ultimate collaboration across all levels of the business. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Management.

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Product Designer who also has marketing design experience to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the user experience of our revolutionary travel platform while also contributing to our marketing efforts. As the pivotal Reposite design owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling, user-centric designs that elevate our product and brand.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or related roles, preferably on a marketplace product or in the travel industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including web and mobile applications, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and working on a Product Development Team
• The ability to explain your work, process, and decisions and seek feedback to help you produce your best work
• Experience working with remote companies/teams especially small teams and startups is a plus!
• Willing to work EST hours

What You’ll Do

• Lead design for our B2B marketplace product, contributing to the design process from prioritization through launch
• Rapidly ideating and producing design concepts, creating wireframes and prototypes, and leveraging user feedback/data to drive improvements
• Advocate for our users through various means such as research, analytics, or other tools, ensuring that decisions are backed by insights and thorough research. Leverage research findings to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience
• Exhibit creative thinking and strategic execution, partnering with product and engineering teams to drive innovation forward
• Assist with marketing design as needed (marketing site updates, social posts, email assets, marketing collateral, event signage, etc)
• Embrace a culture of learning and growth, welcoming feedback and providing constructive input
• Work in a highly energetic fashion with design, product, marketing, and engineering teams
