We're building Naviget, an app that simplifies ride-sharing, much like Skyscanner for cabs. We're on the lookout for a talented Flutter developer to join our team! 🚖

Requirements

• Flutter
• Dart
• Understanding of State Management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod)

On-Job (Extra) Skills Needed

• Basics of Networking
• Basics of Cryptography
• Intermediate understanding of Android and iOS app architecture
• App Reverse Engineering

Work Aesthetics

You will primarily be working on Naviget's app, enhancing features, making the platform more robust, and connecting with APIs (both external and in-house). This role will challenge you to think creatively and develop smart solutions to unique problems. You'll work with a suite of technologies, integrating them to build an app that addresses real-world issues.

Learning Opportunities

Since Naviget is building on ONDC, you'll gain insight into ONDC and its potential to revolutionize e-commerce in India. You'll also learn how technology, user behavior, and business economics intersect to create impactful applications. Additionally, you'll hone your skills in building robust applications and managing edge cases.

Selection Rulebook

We maintain a small, exceptional team, and any new addition must meet our high standards. Here's what we're looking for:

1. At least 2 moderately complex apps built using Flutter (preferably more)
2. Ability to tackle and solve complex problems
3. Strong 2nd order and 3rd order thinking
4. Clear and simple communication of ideas and challenges to the team
5. Self-management (we trust our team and avoid micromanagement)

Stipend

₹10k (monthly)
