The team you’ll join

We are headquartered in New York City, but operate remotely with teammates across the US. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Customer Success Manager to our team. In this role, you’ll dive headfirst into working with some of the largest owners and managers of multifamily real estate in the US. We are on the lookout for driven, curious and entrepreneurial people to join our team and be among the first hires helping us to transform the traditional leasing process.

About the role

The CSM role sits within the Customer Experience team and as one of the early members on the team, you’ll play a key role in managing impactful relationships with our customers, while at the same time helping us shape the future of a virtual-first leasing experience.

What you’ll do

  • Become an expert on Peek’s virtual-first leasing solutions
  • Be an internal advocate for our customers
  • Partner with sales to own the overall relationship with assigned accounts with the goal of retaining and growing your accounts
  • Monitor the success of your customers and educate them on new use cases, features and integrations that create added value
  • Manage and forecast renewal goals

About you

  • 1-3 years of experience working with customers
  • Passionate about the problem we’re solving and working with customers to deliver a great experience
  • Hunger to work hard on a growing team
  • Loves being a team player and helping to enable others
  • Be a builder with the ability to work independently and remotely
