AI/ML/DL Engineer (Research and Development)

Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Deep Learning Engineer to join our Research and Development team. The successful candidate will focus on developing advanced capabilities in Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Named Entity Recognition (NER), and object detection and recognition models, leveraging the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks (RCNNs), Tesseract OCR, and YOLOv9.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective AI models for OCR, NER, and object detection and recognition, employing state-of-the-art technologies such as CNN, RCNN, RNN, and YOLOv9.
• Conduct comprehensive research to improve existing algorithms and develop innovative solutions in machine learning and deep learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML/DL technologies into our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML/DL fields to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Validate new models through rigorous testing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in real-world applications.
• Document research findings and model architectures for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Required Skills and Qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL research and development, specifically with technologies such as LLM, CNN, RNN, RCNN, Tesseract, and YOLOv9. Proven expertise in OCR, NER, and object detection and recognition technologies. Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively. Desired Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their AI services. Publications in relevant AI/ML conferences or journals.
