Frontend Developer

We are currently seeking a Frontend Developer with at least 3 project experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications across a range of subjects and for a diverse clientele. This is a unique opportunity to engage in full-time projects with some of the world's largest and most prominent companies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, well-tested, and performant UI/UX code,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects,
  
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technology trends and Identify areas where existing code can be optimized and suggest improvements,
• Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical debates to ensure quality,
• Work closely with QA to identify and address any bugs or performance issues and continuously optimize the application's speed through various means such as image compression, minification,
• Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout their career growth within the organization,
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects and manage third-party libraries,
• Participate in recruitment efforts, helping to identify top talent and collaborating during interviews and assessments,
• Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability under pressure.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in developing cross-browser, elegant, and efficient frontend applications,
• Proficiency in React Native, ReactJS, NextJS JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Redux toolkit, Flux),
• Hands-on experience in building tools like Webpack and testing tools like Enzyme,
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and experience working with performance test frameworks viz. Mocha or Jest,
• Excellent understanding of UI principles and ability to create clean, maintainable code,
• Ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance,
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
