UI Designer & Copywriter

*About the role *

As a UI/UX designer, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces that utilise established and effective design principles to drive user engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a creative mindset, the ability to take ownership of projects, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Create high-fidelity front-end designs for our web application using Figma, considering our existing design toolkit and UI/UX principles.
• Engage in an iterative design process, incorporating feedback from cross-functional team reviews to refine and enhance the user interface and experience.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality work on time.

*General *

• Quickly adapt to changing priorities and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in UI/UX design, sharing insights and best practices with the team.

*Required Experience: *

• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a background in designing for web-based SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Figma or similar design tools

*Desirable Experience: *

• Experience in the legal technology industry or similar SaaS environments is highly advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, UI/UX, or a related field.

*Required Skills *

• Expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications using Figma, with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to deliver work
  
• Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset and the willingness to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
