Product Manager - Mobile

Xverse is the most advanced and user-friendly Bitcoin wallet, supporting Ordinals, Runes, BRC20, Stacks and Rare Sats. Our team is globally distributed, agile and fast moving. Ultimately we are focused on onboarding the next 100 million users to web3, positioning ourselves to be the go to wallet and gateway.

Our foundational product is the Xverse mobile wallet and we are looking for someone with deep experience in product management to work with our talented mobile engineering team to drive innovation for this product.

As a Product Manager - Mobile, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Xverse Mobile Wallet. You will help define mobile product strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with our Product Lead and the mobile engineering team, leveraging your expertise and product management skills to address the challenges and opportunities unique to the Bitcoin, Web 3, mobile, and wallet space. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with diverse teams (engineering, design, marketing, business development) to define and prioritize product requirements for the mobile app.
• Utilize your creativity and technical expertise to propose unique features and functionalities that set our crypto wallet apart in the open blue ocean market, considering both user demands and technical feasibility.
• Research and analyze the evolving Bitcoin web 3 landscape to identify trends, limitations, and user pain points, driving the development of innovative and user-friendly features.
• Facilitate effective communication between the mobile engineering team and stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements, feasibility, and timelines.
• Gain deep insights into user needs, competitive landscape, and enhance the wallet's functionality, security, and usability through user-centric feature development.
• Create and maintain a mobile product roadmap that reflects the prioritization of features and aligns with overall product and company's strategic direction, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• Stay updated on blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance advancements to guide the strategic direction of the wallet.
• Define and measure key product metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate feature impact and inform future product decisions.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management with prior experience of mobile, Web 3 and Crypto.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in the development of software Defi products, dApps, or mobile finance apps.
• A deep interest and understanding of blockchain technology, crypto, web 3 and the decentralized finance ecosystem, keeping a pulse on current & future trends
• Exceptional creativity and innovation skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with novel solutions to challenges in the crypto/web 3 industry.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Stacks blockchain and the Clarity smart contract language a plus.
