Digital Marketer

Hello! We are looking for a leading marketer to join the Red Collar team

Red Collar has been creating aesthetic and functional digital products for businesses for 12 years. We experiment, make bold decisions, and take responsibility for our actions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct marketing research: from competitor and target audience analysis to market capacity determination and similar tasks.
• Participate in pre-sales: formulating commercial proposals for marketing services.
• Collaborate with the business analysis department and designers in designing digital products.
• Organize and conduct in-depth interviews (CustDev) with the target audience.
• Formulate and test marketing and product hypotheses (using SWOT, PEST, JTBD, and other methods).
• Actively participate in the development of client marketing direction.
• Manage a pool of marketing service contractors.

What we expect:

• More than 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT companies or digital products.
• Experience in conducting marketing research and understanding marketing frameworks.
• Leadership qualities and independence in decision-making.
• Higher education in a relevant field (economics, marketing, journalism, international relations, management) will be an advantage.
