We are looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to create visually stunning motion videos and graphic designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our messages to our target audience. The ideal candidate for this role should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially having great technical skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects and Premiere pro.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team and content creators to conceptualize and execute motion video and graphics projects that meet brand objectives and messaging requirements that includes branding videos, product explainers, feature announcements, product launch teasers, and more.
• Demonstrating great skills in typography, visual hierarchy, aesthetics and incorporating strong design principles to ensure the final assets are high-quality and meet expectations.
• Ability to manage different projects, adhere and deliver requirements within the stipulated project timelines.
• Produce videos and graphics tailored for different communication channels such as social media, websites, blogs and several other digital advertising avenues.
• Collaborate with other internal teams and stakeholders to create graphics and other creative assets to facilitate company-wide communication and to support employee engagement strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality and innovation.

Our ideal candidates would

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite,including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics projects and graphic designs.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts effectively.
