Organized in 2018, NUTS Finance is a blockchain development lab focused on creating the building blocks to enable financial applications on the blockchain.

We launched Tapio Protocol in 2021, a synthetic asset protocol for liquid staking tokens and raised over $4 million from industry leading institutional investors including: Polychain Capital, Hypersphere, Arrington and more.

Our lastest DeFi protocol, Pike a native cross-chain money market was launched at the end of 2023 and we have raised over $6.4m from our own community and users.

We are seeking a high agency Technical Project Manager who is passionate about blockchain technology, finance, and product building. You will be collaborating with our engineers, designers and marketers to build and launch innovative DeFi products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within the DeFi, Crypto, and Web3 domains, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and time objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define project requirements, set timelines, and identify resources needed, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, communicating necessary adjustments to all team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and refine project management processes and best practices to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to the team, assisting with debugging and optimization of production issues across services and levels of the stack.
• Drive the architecture, design, and development of new features and products, contributing to the strategic direction of technology solutions.

Requirements

• Technical background a must. Computer Science, Engineering and Mathametics degree will have an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the startup or technology sectors, with a proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and blockchain technology.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving project objectives.
• Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and the broader Web3 ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Bonus: Experience founding a company or building side projects in the crypto/Web3 space.
• Bonus: Active participation in DeFi protocols and/or DAOs.
