AI Developer Relations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Developer Relations Manager to join our founding team and drive the growth of our AI developer community. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide, with a strong preference for those based in the United States or China. Exceptional applicants from other countries will also be considered.

In this role, you will work closely with the founding team to develop and execute a comprehensive developer growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with AI developers, growing our creator community, and exploring mutually beneficial opportunities between developers and MyShell.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI developer growth plan, focusing on building and maintaining sustainable relationships with developers globally.
• Build and cultivate a thriving ecosystem of local developers in your region, implementing operational systems such as developer onboarding, growth training, and grading incentives to promote the creation of high-quality content.
• Explore and engage with AI-related tech communities worldwide, including but not limited to Reddit, Product Hunt, Instant, Twitter, and Telegram, directing creators to MyShell for content creation.
• Manage and grow MyShell's Discord creator community, facilitating discussions on trending topics and planning the distribution of quality content.
  Foster a strong sense of community among developers through courses, events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, motivating them to create and share valuable AI bots.
• Analyze developer behavior, conduct competitive research, and identify pain points in developer traffic operations, providing constructive optimization recommendations to drive product development and improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth and operation management of developer communities in the AIGC field.
• Deep familiarity with domestic and international technology communities, with research experience in pan-entertainment content, social networks, and community ecology. Prior experience operating AI technology communities is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of AI products and trends worldwide, with a keen interest in the AI field and a solid grasp of the needs of AI developers.
  Fluency in both written and spoken English; the ability to use Mandarin as the primary working language is a plus.
