We are looking for a motivated and skilled Producer to join our team. You’ll work with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and other producers to develop live ops content like events, sales, and character power-ups for Disney Emoji Blitz. You’ll have the opportunity to work with world-class IPs from Disney, Pixar, and Lucasfilm and drive a cross-functional game team to maintain and grow our game!
The Producer is responsible for driving the full end-to-end content production lifecycle of this casual, mobile, free-to-play title. They operate and manage a production plan that ensures internal and external game development resources effectively hit project goals. The candidate must keep teams motivated while ensuring an on-schedule delivery of a high-quality game. They should be able to easily telescope from the product vision at a macro level to the details of any given process or content element at a micro level. The Producer will coordinate live operations development with another internal development team based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Production Management and Communication
- Help organize a cross-functional team of designers, artists, and engineers to drive the completion of product goals, and facilitate communications
- Proactively drive production workflows, prioritize and track sprint goals and ensure on-schedule deliveries
- Manage product deliverables, internal and external communication
- Own the development pipeline of game assets and character abilities at a high level and at the day-to-day level in Jira
- Be able to manage team stress and pressure and redirect to a positive outcome and working environment
- Communicate project status effectively with other key stakeholders like marketing, customer service, and production and studio leadership based in Los Angeles
Ensure timely delivery of game assets for franchise partners review and approval

Work closely with QA to ensure high-quality, bug-free, build submissions
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in a producer, project manager, or scrum master role, ideally within the games industry, orchestrating work for internal and external game teams
- At least one mobile game shipped, or one live mobile game maintained for 1+ year
- Experience project managing teams of 25+ employees
- Ability to balance project demands with creative essentials. You demand quality; creativity and fun while managing project resources and timelines
- Solid project management foundation across various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and deep understanding of how games get made
- Strong organizational skills and passion for managing details
- Excellent time management skills -- understanding, communicating, and acting on what’s critical for right now versus what’s important but can wait until tomorrow
- Embrace change and uncertainty
- Pragmatic: making games is complex, able to prioritize and focus when everything is a priorityHigh proficiency with Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency with additional development tools: MS Office, G-Suite, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills.
