Product Manager for Kleros Moderate

About Us:

Kleros is a decentralized dispute resolution protocol leveraging blockchain technology to revolutionize dispute resolution across global industries. The platform serves as a decentralized third party capable of rendering decisions across various domains such as small claims, insurance, e-commerce, finance, freelancing, token listings, intellectual property, and more.
Our new product, Kleros Moderate, aims to leverage Kleros for transparent, fair, and efficient dispute resolution in content moderation situations.

The Role:

As Product Manager for Kleros Moderate, you will be at the helm of a groundbreaking product that integrates Kleros' decentralized dispute resolution system into a versatile content moderation tool.
This role demands a pioneering spirit, deep understanding of both blockchain technology and content moderation challenges, and the ability to lead a team towards delivering a product that changes the way online content is moderated.

Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate the vision for Kleros Moderate, setting strategic product goals and defining the roadmap to achieve them.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of engineers, designers and blockchain experts fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Market and User Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the needs of digital platforms in moderating content, and gather user insights to guide product development.
• Integration and Deployment: Oversee the technical development and integration of Kleros Moderate with various platforms, ensuring a smooth deployment and operational excellence.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate the success and impact of Kleros Moderate, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product continuously.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain technology or content moderation solutions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, particularly Ethereum and smart contracts.
• Experience in developing and launching products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passionate about leveraging technology for social good and upholding digital rights.
• Affinity for managing and engaging communities through social media channels.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience of managing distributed teams.
• Experience with mass content moderation in social media platforms.
