About WattShift:
WattShift is dedicated to enabling decarbonization and electrification through device optimization for grid incentive schemes.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support the Founder and CEO of WattShift.com in managing various administrative tasks, with a focus on managing applications for grants, accelerators, pitch competitions, B2B2C/B2B lead generation, customer relationship management, fundraising, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Grant and Accelerator Applications:

Research and identify relevant grant opportunities, accelerators, pitch competitions, etc., aligned with WattShift.com's goals.
Track application deadlines and requirements, ensuring timely submission of applications.
Write and prepare grant applications, leveraging existing materials and crafting compelling narratives to maximize success rates.

B2B2C/B2B Lead Generation:

Assist in outbound lead generation efforts, including researching and identifying potential customers and partners.
Schedule calls and meetings with prospects, coordinating with the Founder and CEO's availability.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with relevant information and interactions.

Fundraising and Investor Relations:

Research and identify potential investors, angels, advisors, and strategic partners.
Schedule outbound calls and meetings with VCs, angels, and advisors, managing the Founder and CEO's calendar efficiently.
Update and manage investor and angel CRM systems, keeping track of interactions and follow-ups.

Administrative Support:
Manage email inboxes, prioritize messages, and draft responses as necessary.
Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas and meeting notes.
Coordinate travel arrangements and conference planning, when required.
Handle bookkeeping tasks and assist in financial management, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Drive Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Preffered: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Prefferred: Familiarity with fundraising processes, investor relations, and lead generation techniques is a plus.
