Job Description:

Nolea is seeking a highly skilled Front End Developer proficient in ReactJS & JavaScript to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge talent sourcing platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in startup environments and possess a deep understanding of front end technologies. As a Front End Developer at Nolea, you will play a pivotal role in building intuitive and user-friendly web applications that empower healthcare organisations to make informed hiring decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and deploy responsive web applications using ReactJS & Javascript and other modern front end technologies.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, interactive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimise application performance for speed and scalability, taking into account the unique requirements of healthcare data processing.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with our AI-driven data enrichment systems and backend services.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and robustness of web applications.
• Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front end development and propose innovative solutions to enhance our platform's functionality and usability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Front End Developer, with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Proven track record of working in startup environments and delivering high-quality web applications.
• Java Spring Boot - Nice to have for e2e delivery!
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
