A quick note from Heidi:
This is going to be a fun, quick-paced job perfect for anyone looking to learn more about community management in Web3. You'll learn the ins-and-outs of what it takes to manage a community of this size (& its passionate members!) We like to use the term 'scrappy' when describing the perfect mindset for people working in start-ups. We do what needs to get done, however we can.
This job is completely remote, and work hours are very flexible. We require certain meeting times, but beyond that, you can decide how and when you work. We work very hard, and occasionally long hours, but work-life balance is very, very important. PTO is flexible, take as much as you need.
The requirements above are flexible. If you studied engineering (like me) but still think you'd be the right fit, please apply. I'm looking for someone I can closely collaborate with, who is energetic and excited to learn. Some digital proficiency is required, along with an understanding of graphic design and branding.
