The Role
Technical Account Managers (TAMs) work directly with clients at some of the worlds most important institutions ensuring their successful implementation and ongoing use of the Fides Data and AI Governance platform. In this role, you’ll apply your problem solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to answer questions, resolve technical issues and proactively ensure your clients understand the latest governance regulations and new features of Fides. Your main goal will be to ensure our key clients are happy and satisfied with all of the products they have purchased. You will be responsible for managing the client relationship, ensuring they are getting full value out the tool, partnering with our Sales, Deployment, Product and Engineering teams to provide the highest level of support, and working to ensure adoption and growth within your accounts. As the clients you support grow with Ethyca, the scope of work will expand as well as you will be responsible for supporting all live products. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to some of the most important industries and institution in the world by helping them implement Ethyca's tools for trust, ethics and privacy.
Core Responsibilities
TAMs responsibilities look similar to those of a fast moving strategists with technical and client relationship knowledge, supporting high profile brands. A day might span rapidly triaging and solving a client issue using the product, or training a client team in the latest features of the platform or walking through new regulatory guidance to proactively educate clients. The best TAMs aspire to be trusted expert and advisor to their clients, with deep knowledge on our product, industry changes and recommendations. What We Require
- 3+ years of relevant, post-college work experience.
- Proven proficiency in client management, relationship management, technical support and training.
- Prior experience in account, relationship or technical management a requirement.
- Experience in a related privacy, compliance security field a bonus.
- Strong engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
- Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple requests and deadlines.
- Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
