VIP Manager

Jackpocket is building the future of entertainment through exciting new digital experiences for the real-money gaming industry. In addition to the new Jackpocket Casino app in New Jersey, Jackpocket Lottery, the first licensed third-party lottery courier app in the U.S., is now available in 18 jurisdictions: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Texas, Washington D.C., and West Virginia. Jackpocket also has nine professional sports partnerships across the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL, as well as celebrity investors including Mark Cuban, Kevin Hart, John Ledecky, Whitney Cummings, and more.

As a VIP Manager, you will play a critical role in building and scaling Jackpocket’s VIP Program. You will work closely with high value customers and internal stakeholders to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction while driving player LTV and value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the formulation and buildout of the Jackpocket VIP program
• Manage and retain high value customers
• Develop strong relationships with the goal of exceeding customer expectations and driving satisfaction
• Meet and host Jackpocket customers at events and hospitality. The role will require regular weekend or night work
• Maintain reports and dashboards, while presenting results to team and senior leadership
• Deliver on internal objectives and report key results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years in sales or consumer marketing
• Commitment to and track record of top level service
• Experience leveraging with customer data to produce impactful marketing initiatives
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions including Product, Creative, and Analytics
• Experience executing on a high volume of deliverables in a fast-paced and changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in iGaming or wagering
• Customer focused, detailed oriented, creative, and highly driven
• Strong analytical skills (experience with Looker and Excel a plus)
• Experience working in a startup environment, ability to adapt to rapid business growth and major process changes at scale
• This position may require regulatory licensing.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000
