Job Description:

As a Revenue Operations Intern at Lolli, you will play a key role in supporting and executing special projects and cross-functional duties aimed at optimizing revenue and growth and efficiency of operational functions for our revenue producing initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, and gain hands-on experience in revenue operations and the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, reporting, and automating key performance metrics for revenue generating initiatives
• Assist in operationalizing forecasting, reporting, and invoicing for our B2B & B2C businesses
• Assist in research and revenue impact analyses of new product features and potential strategic partnerships
• Identify and analyze current and future opportunities for growth across paid marketing, product, customer acquisition, and internal operations
• Conduct advertiser and competitor research and assist in building out sales pipeline
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and operationalize internal processes

Qualifications:

• Must be recently graduated or currently pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Informations Technology, or related field
• Ability to work remotely; option for hybrid model in Dallas, TX and/or NYC
• Must be available to work 10-35 hours per week during standard business hours
• Must be available to complete an internship program of at least 4 months, with preference of 6 months+
• Have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on a daily basis
• Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills, especially in simplifying complex issues, and using data to support and explain key points, decisions, and assessing outcomes
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
• Preferred: Experience with Big Query and/or Looker Studio
• Preferred: Modeling and Forecasting experience
• Interest in bitcoin and crypto is a plus, but not required!

Compensation:

*Salary Range: *$20.00-$25.00 USD hourly

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Salary depends on experience, industry knowledge, geographic location, education, and other factors.
