Responsibilities:

1) Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact, managing end-to-end communication from order placement to delivery.

2) Order Management:
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and issue resolution.

3) B2B Communication:
Engage in B2B communication, including managing bulk emails, lead generation and responding to queries from business partners.

4) Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback, utilizing our systems efficiently

5). MIS Sharing:
Share fortnightly Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer relations or a related field.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in handling bulk emails and B2B communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Able to Multi Task
