Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Machine Learning Engineer. As a Machine Learning Engineer at Rayo, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing algorithms and models to improve our co-pilot.

Job responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape the product vision
• Design and develop RAGS-based large language model applications
• Create robust data pipelines and backend APIs to support machine learning models and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Build automated evaluation pipelines to assest the performance of multimodels in various use cases
• Optimize and refine machine learning models to improve accuracy and reduce latency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of software development experience in at least one programming language
• 1+ years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products
• 1+ year of experience with software design and architecture
• 2+ years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (ie: TensorFlow, deep learning, NLP, etc)
• Prior experience in LLMs and accessibility features
