*The Role *

We are seeking an AI Software Engineer with a passion for all things AI/ML and practical experience/knowledge with high-performance image processing. We're a small, cohesive, inventive engineering team focused on solving problems that are thought of as unsolvable. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced photographers and QA through all stages of the engineering process.

*What we are looking for *

• 3-5+ years of experience
  
• The ability to devise strategies for addressing small training data challenges, including synthetic data generation
• Demonstrated ability to implement solutions from academic papers
• Hands-on experience in machine learning, including PyTorch
• Track record of building and delivering complex customer-facing desktop applications
• Comfortable working with a C++ codebase, and a good understanding of both Windows and macOS development
• Well versed in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and debugging
• Familiarity with OpenGL, Metal, DirectX, Vulkan, or similar shader development
• Ideally, image processing expertise
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Salary: $138,000 - $155,000 per year + profit sharing
