Job Title: Construction Architect/Engineer
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: New York, NY
Hourly Wage Range: $85 per hour

Job Description:
We seek a skilled Construction Project Reviewer to join us. Duties include assessing architect/engineer reports, drawings, and redlines for construction projects, ensuring adherence to codes. The role involves identifying non-compliant conditions and engaging in discussions with legal, architectural, and engineering teams. Join our dynamic team!

Candidate Duties:

• Review architect/engineer reports, drawings, and redlines.
• Examine drawings approved by the authority having jurisdiction.
• Follow directions and advice from Review Attorneys.
• Participate in group discussions related to the review process.

Candidate Minimum Requirements:

• Full-time experience in design, construction, and coordination of projects.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
• Knowledge of construction materials, practices, and methods.
• Basic knowledge of whole building design and construction drawings.
• Competence in MS Office and Adobe pdf.

Additional Requirements:
NYS Licensed Architect or Engineer with experience in NYC DOB filing, Landmarks buildings, environmental hazardous projects, or building inspections.
