The Role

The Opportunity:

Moloco is seeking a passionate and self-starting Product Manager to lead the state-of-the-art machine learning and performance advertising data products for our MCM (Moloco Commerce Media) product. You will help define the strategy and roadmap, as well as lead the execution in developing ML-based innovations that help digital marketplaces in multiple verticals scale their advertising business, while also maintaining user relevance and GMV growth. You’ll be working elbow-to-elbow with Moloco’s machine learning engineers and data scientists to push the envelope of precision, recall, AUCs of our commerce advertising machine learning models that impact key performance metrics such as ad spend, CTR, ROAS, GMV, budget utilization, etc.

The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

  • Drive and execute the roadmap for our MCM machine learning products, working closely with experienced ML engineering, product, and business development teams.
  • Identify key marketplace problems, needs, and insights by analyzing massive complex datasets and working closely with partners
  • Gain a deep understanding of marketplace businesses across several verticals - what’s unique about their economics, what user and merchant features set them apart, how do their advertiser products differ, etc.
  • Track, manage, and continuously improve key performance metrics
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks and rally the team forward

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 8+ years of work experience, with at least 5 years in technical Product Management
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner and self-initiating personality
  • Work with and influence cross functional teams, both internally and externally
  • Managing complex technical requirements
  • Rigorous and thoughtful critical thinking, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability operate with a high dynamic range – comfortable diving head first into nitty-gritty details and bugs, while also lead and engage senior internal and external stakeholders

Bonus skills/experience to have

  • Deep understanding of machine learning technologies and its applications
  • Extensive experience in delivering products in Ad tech, Search, and/or eCommerce domains

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

Base Compensation Range: Min $153,021 - Max $240,000

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
