Your Role:
As a Full-Stack Developer at FormaCrew, you'll bridge the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, working across the technology stack to develop end-to-end solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience and overall performance of the platform, making it more efficient, scalable, and secure.

Responsibilities:

• Frontend and Backend Development: Develop and implement highly-responsive user interface components using front-end languages and frameworks. Design and develop the backend services, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Integration of Platform Features: Work closely with the product and design teams to understand requirements and ensure that frontend and backend elements work seamlessly together.
• Database Management: Design and manage database schemas, implementing data storage solutions that maintain the integrity and security of user data.
• API Development: Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring they are scalable, functional, and secure.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the web applications, ensuring high responsiveness and efficient operation across devices.
• Code Quality and Maintenance: Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization, participating in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug applications, addressing and resolving any technical issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, along with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express).
• Experience with database technology such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with web server technologies and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• A solid understanding of the full web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
