As a Client Manager, you run the daily business of a client within our company, maintaining and building strong relationships while reporting back to your Client Director. You will work within the pinnacle of creativity, data, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client.
- Starting up and following up projects end-to-end.
- Working proactively to present creative and solid business-building ideas together with your Account Director.
- Developing, writing, and presenting communication plans (together with Creation/Strategy teams and your Client Director).
- Managing the financial performance of your client.
- Reporting to your Client Director.
Who you are
- Excellent and convincing communicator, able to partner with our client and your colleagues.
- Possess a can-do attitude and strong team and project management skills.
- Have over 5 years of experience in advertising (including digital).
- Flexible and agile to think and work with a client constantly in 'change modus'.
- Fluent in English & Dutch
- Strive for efficiency, getting the job done on time within budget.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Highly structured, result-oriented, and excellent in operations.
- Experience with or eager to learn more about CRM, content marketing, design thinking, customer experience, and data mining.
