Full Stack Engineer

Our client is a leading software development company, and they are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer, in charge of developing the next-generation application from scratch, and they have the flexibility to choose both UI and Backend tools to achieve this goal.

*Responsibilities:
*

• Contribute to an agile team focused on developing scalable, highly available cloud contact center software using Java and single-page JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering leaders, and Test Engineers.
• Deliver scalable software in both private cloud and public cloud environments (AWS and Google Cloud Platform).
  
• Implement delivery using containers (docker, Kubernetes) with CI/CD in a DevOps model.
• Bring a positive attitude to the team, assist in mentoring junior engineers, uphold our standards, exhibit ownership, and maintain an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.

*Requirements and skills:
*

• Possess 2+ years of professional experience in developing Java applications, including delivering RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
  
• Have 2+ years of professional or open-source experience in writing JavaScript MVC.
  
• Demonstrate agile coding experience, working in small teams to make a significant impact quickly. Be familiar with standard JavaScript async patterns (events, closures, callbacks, promises, error handling, etc.).
  
• Have strong CS fundamentals and proficiency in an object-oriented language (equivalent to an undergraduate CS degree or a similar amount of work experience).
  
• Maintain a positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  

*Nice to have:
*

• Possess experience with Voice applications and/or SIP Protocols.
  
• Have experience with Contact Center or Call Center software. Hold 1+ years of professional or open-source experience with a JavaScript MVC toolkit such as React, Dojo, AngularJS, Backbone.js, Knockout, or Ember.js.
  
• Have 1+ years of experience delivering production software using Containers (Docker or similar).
  
• Have 1+ years of experience delivering production software into Public Cloud.
• Demonstrate experience in a modern consumer environment (Pinterest, Box, Quora, Facebook, etc.) and/or open-source projects (contributed to node.js, dojo toolkit, NPM modules, etc.).
• Be experienced with GIT SCM.
  
• Possess a passion for user experience and strong design experience.
  
• Have experience with a data visualization package (Highcharts, d3.js, etc.).
