CTO co-founder

Role Description:

NOA, an innovative startup focused on developing advanced robotic solutions for automated non-destructive testing using artificial intelligence, is seeking its first Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-founder. In this key position, the selected candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape and lead NOA's technology strategy from the early stages of its development.

Primary Responsibilities:

Technology Development: Actively collaborate on the design and implementation of NOA's robotic solution, effectively integrating artificial intelligence algorithms into automated non-destructive testing processes.

Team Development: Contribute to the formation of NOA's technical team, actively participating in the selection of talent and the creation of a company culture focused on innovation and collaboration.

Research and Development: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in robotics, artificial intelligence and software development, applying the knowledge gained to the continuous evolution of NOA's solution.

Strategic Management: Collaborate with co-founder and other key stakeholders to define long-term technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in key roles in robotics, artificial intelligence, or software development, ideal for a startup environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer engineering, robotics, or related field. PhD or master's degree readiness will be considered an advantage.

Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of artificial intelligence algorithms, software programming, and interest in practical application of robotic solutions.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with an open mindset to collaborate and work in a dynamic environment.
